‘Identification’ with the problem is the root cause of all our Life Problems. This Identification starts the very first time in the childhood of a child when he or she utters the word “NO” for the first time. Mother asks the child to eat something which the child doesn’t like and the child expresses his desire by opposing it. And at this very moment, the child gets Identified with the tongue sensory organs. Father brought a beautiful dress for the child but if the child don’t like the colour of the dress, she denies to wear it & there starts the Identification with the eyes. The child may get angry showing his displeasure and his Identification starts with the emotions. Someone passes a remark on the body & this body shaming results into Identification with the body. By & by, as the child grows older this Identification multiplies on & on. The child which was the ‘Pure’ Witnessing Consciousness covers himself up with layers & layers of conditioning, customs, mind patterns & multiple layers of emotions. The Inner Pure Consciousness is never conditioned & can never be conditioned. And it is always Pure, Virgin. Freedom is it’s Intrinsic Nature. Unless & until the individual sheds his or her False Identifications – the False Personality, he or she cannot experience True Inner Happiness. Fighting & Analyzing with the problem will only increase the gravity of the problem. Once you become ‘Witness’ – watcher of your problem, the problem disappears. Western way of solving any problem is of counselling, analyzing the problem, going into the pros and cons of the problem. This theory of disintegration of the problem never leads to the end of the problem. The Eastern Mystics give Miraculous Solutions to your problems just by giving the theory of ‘Witnessing’. Through Witnessing, the problem disappears. In fact, there was never a problem at all, It was just a False Identification.
