Happy New Year to all of you!! Wishing you a Great 2021 in Health, Prosperity, and Inner Happiness. What you can gift yourself as a Celebration in this New Year?
You can enter the new year with the hashtag #’PositiveLife’ in 2021. Start with few things –
1. Build distance from Gadgets- Make a habit to distance yourself from technology and Gadgets and be with yourself for at least one hour a day. Switch off your mobiles while you go to sleep. Nothing will happen. Believe me. You will be inviting a NewLife in 2021. Try this.
2. Take Health as Priority- Weight gain is the biggest problem, in fact, the mother of all diseases. Spare at least 7 hours in a week out of 168 hours and you will be a totally different being. Incorporate yoga, Meditation into your daily routine. If you keep yourself healthy, you can keep others healthy too.
3. Be with Nature- Travel and explore new places. It will rejuvenate you and help meet new people. This will open new avenues for your life altogether. Rejoice with Nature. Universal Energies are at their Zenith when you are with Nature. Feel the Calmness of Trees, Mountains, Rivers within you.
4. Awareness- Be Aware of what you Eat, Drink, and See in your daily Lifestyle. Reduce your food intake with 12-16 hours of fasting. Studies have shown wonderful results for the overall happiness of an Individual who fasts regularly. What you eat & drink, make up your mind and your mind makes you. Be the Better YOU in 2021.
5. Be Positive & Don’t do or think evil of anyone – Because what we do returns back in multiples. So pledge always to be helpful to others. Life is a Journey where Miracles happen every moment. Be receptive to receive them. Be in Gratitude, in a positive frame of mind so that you start getting what you want.
